Please note that all students must present an ID Book/Passport and Exam Confirmation Letter at the examination venue for identification purposes. Students who are not in possession of a confirmation letter need to contact an IMM GSM office or students can generate their own exam confirmation letter by logging onto the IMM GSM website.

An exciting new service was launched on the IMM GSM whereby students can generate and print their own Exam Confirmation Letters. Please note that all students must present an exam confirmation letter at all venues.

Students can generate their own exam confirmation letter by logging onto the IMM GSM website and following the links as shown further down.

In order for students to print their own Exam Confirmation Letter, they must do as follows:

• Go to www.imm.co.za – home page
• Click    : e-Functions
• Click    : Student Details & Course Information
• Enter   : Student Number and Security PIN   -  The Security PIN is available from the Customer Services Agents (Call Centre)
• Click    : Semester Examination Confirmation Letter (in pdf format)  – (Option 5)
• Print letter

A pdf confirmation letter will open up for printing.
